Shipping

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $300AUD, otherwise, it's a $30AUD flat rate.

We offer Free Shipping for all orders within Australia over $99. Orders under $99 incur a flat fee of $10.

Orders are sent via Australia Post. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original unopened packaging and in unused condition.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund (less the original postage costs) will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. All delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
